Alternate Grounds Cafe is a friendly, and cozy meeting-eating-gathering place that takes pride in offering  a healthy menu that is an alternative to traditional fast (and greasy) food. 

We have vegetarian, gluten free and organic-fair trade options available. We offer only fair trade organic coffee. 

All of our soups and baked goods are homemade and our customers enjoy the ability to customize their own sandwiches and wraps. Our Reuben has become famous and is probably the best in Lambton County!

We also offer full breakfast seven days a week with delicious weekend specials like eggs benidict and waffles. To make weekends extra special, we offer table service every Saturday and Sunday.

We have the largest selection of loose leaf teas in the Sarnia area and we can custom blend for you.

We also have a specialized catering service that is ideal for meetings, seminars and parties of 5-500 people!
